Terms and conditions

 

• Priority will be given to referrals from families in the North Halifax area

 

• Personnal requests will not be accepted, families must come through one of our referrals partners. if you are not sure who this might be contact us.

 

• We have PAT tested all of our electrical bottle sterilisers to ensure they meet saftey standards.

 

• We can not be certain the the car seats we supply have never been involved in an accident.  We do ask our car seat donors if the seat has been involved in  an accident, we would not accept any that have. However we accept no liability for any injuries sustained whilst using these or any of our other items we donate.

 

• We sell some of our items that we dont believe are a necessity, i.e bouncers and jungle gyms. This allows us to continue to purchase new items. If you are donating an item and don't wish for it to be sold, please specify this to one of our volunteers.

• We can where possible collect donations throught Halifax and Calderdale. We will only be able to deliver items at times suitable to our volunteers in North Halifax when possible.
